REFUND POLICY
In an effort to reduce costs to our patients, LifeSMILES will not refund directly to your credit card should the need arise. You will receive a refund check from us within two weeks of the refund request, and you can then apply the check to your credit card personally. By doing this, the large fees incurred by running refund transactions through our credit card terminal are non-existent.
